■ Job Description
At Nakayoshi no Hana, we provide support to help each individual user live their life in group homes and community support settings.
■ Nakayoshi House (Capacity: 5 people)
We provide support with meals, bathing, and daily living activities, as well as daily supervision, to ensure that people with severe disabilities can live with peace of mind. In a small-group environment, we can provide attentive care to each individual.
■ Third Place We provide support for living in the community through services such as home care, welfare-oriented transportation, and consultation support. We provide flexible support tailored to the needs of each user. We value providing personalized support so that each individual can continue to live a normal life in their community.
